Sweet corn & black sesame tart🌽 This creamy custard dessert is loaded with pleasant scents of corn and has the perfect silky-smooth texture. I’ve added ground black sesame seeds in the crust, which have a subtle earthy, nutty flavor that pairs beautifully with sweet corn custard.
For the top, I used homemade corn powder (I baked blanched corn kernels at 160C for 8 minutes, then dehydrated at 70C overnight and blitzed into powder), but you can also use store-bought crispy corn, freeze-dried corn or even finely ground black sesame seeds.
