Strawberry Pavlova

Mini strawberry pavlova filled with fresh strawberries, strawberry compote, raspberry sauce and whipped cream🍓 It has the perfect crunchy exterior and soft, marshmallowy interior.

I garnished it with chopped pistachios and lime zest, which add a beautiful contrast to the red color and offer a little extra crunch & flavor. It’s an elegant and refreshing dessert that will be sure to impress your guests.

Recipe makes 4 small pavlovas (I used a 8cm x 5cm ring mold to shape the pavlova).
