Blueberry tart made with sable dough, blueberry almond cream, blueberry confit, blueberry whipped ganache, fresh blueberries & blueberry gel🫐

I brushed the blueberries with neutral glaze, but you can also glaze them with blueberry jam mixed a bit of water (heat ~60g jam + 25g water in a microwave until warm and mix well).
